A leading regional law firm with offices throughout Dorset and Wiltshire, is seeking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to its offices in Warminster. Applications are welcomed from Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and Solicitors, able to manage a busy conveyancing workload from instruction through to post completion. The successful candidate can expect to handle the sales and purchase of both leasehold and freehold properties, remortgages, transfer of equity, buy to let, and new build properties etc.
