A highly renowned, Legal 500 firm offering the full spectrum of legal services within the commercial, public, health, education and insurance sectors with multiple offices across the South are looking to grow their nationally recognised Education Team.

Ideally you will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2 - 6 years PQE with experience of dealing with general education law on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

They work on behalf of hundreds of educational institutions and will form part of a team that advises on a variety of project based assignments including independent schools, academies, Further Education colleges, specialist colleges and nurseries.

You will have the opportunity to work behalf of some of the leading educational stakeholders in the country such as independent schools, boarding schools, academies, local authorities, educational charities, regulator and professional bodies, further educational institutions, specialist colleges and nurseries. You will work on a range of issues related to the parent/pupil matters, inspection and compliance, data protection and safeguarding.

A key aspect of the role is to be actively involved in business development so the role lends itself very well to those who are ambitious enough to want to build a profile and quickly grow the team, meaning that progression can be achieved very quickly.
