One of the biggest high street law firms in the South are looking for an Office Administrator.

The Firm is located in the heart of Bath and have an excellent track record of enabling progression and offering training contracts for junior staff who show a drive in their work. They have property, litigation and private client teams, with plans for expansion.

The role will involve a varied array of office administration which will include overseeing reception (and assisting where necessary), control of things such as buying and maintaining stationary, keeping holiday records up to date, opening and closing files, managing issues such as building works at the office and recruitment of temporary staff. You will support legal secretaries in their work loads and have the opportunity to learn more about the legal profession and gradually take on more responsibility.

This is a wide ranging role and you must be able to work under pressure, prioritise work, and have good communication skills. Of key importance is the ability be organised as the firm is going through a period of growth in terms of new premises and an influx of work. You should also have excellent IT skills.

The salary will be £16,500 and this is a great opportunity to work at a well established, busy firm that is well known in the area and take on a new challenge.
