Specialist residential property practice based in Cambridgeshire seek a Conveyancing Assistant to join their successful team during an organic period of growth

The successful applicant will join this niche property practice during a period of growth due to increase in workload. You will assist in all areas of residential conveyancing from instruction through to completion. This will include sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold property, re mortgaging and investments in buy-to-let properties. At all stages of the conveyancing process, you will be instrumental in providing the excellent client service this practice is known for.
