Your new company
This is a newly established, sole partnership firm with a very clear offering and established business contacts. The growth of the firm has been exceptional and has created 2 opportunities - one being a Level 2 Supervisor and the other a Court of Protection Specialist. The firm have secured a Legal Aid provision which will create additional workloads with the contract going live in September 2018.

Your new role
With such an important period of growth and new instructions - this role is crucial to the development of the firm. You will handle all aspects of case work relevant to asylum applications, detention centre work, appeal hearings and judicial reviews. Preferably you will be able to conduce your own advocacy but this can be supported.

What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking an IAAS Level 2 Supervisor or a Level 3 accredited Solicitor. An experienced Paralegal, Caseworker or Junior Solicitor will also be considered if you have the relevant experience required around Immigration and Human Rights.
