Property Litigation Solicitor - Leeds

Top 20 law firm with an excellent reputation are seeking a 2-6 yr PQE Property Litigation Solicitor to join their property litigation team based in Leeds.

Their national Real Estate Team covers every aspect of commercial real estate work including planning and environmental, development, investment, asset management, funding, construction, landlord and tenant and dispute resolution. Clients include property management and development companies, health trusts and government bodies (local and central), owner occupiers and institutions, both in the UK and overseas.

As part of a growing team you will provide advice on the following aspects of commercial landlord and tenant law: Service of break notices, advice on the validity of break notices, advice on the lease/licence distinction, drafting and service of S25 notices and S26 Requests, S29B extensions, drafting, issue and service of lease renewal/termination proceedings, advice on status of occupation after lease expiry and service of notices to quit for periodic tenancies.

To be considered for the role, you will be a UK qualified solicitor with excellent relationship and client handling skills. You will also be able to deal confidently and professionally with clients on day to day issues and be able to demonstrate a reasonable level of self-sufficiency, combined with an awareness of the boundaries of own competence/authority.

Florit Brooke advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the level of experience required for the role and this does not prohibit applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible but if we have not contacted you within 5 days then unfortunately on this occasion your application has not quite met the requirements of our client closely enough.
