Job Details
Our client, is a boutique law firm in the heart of Manchester City with a long standing reputation of providing a high quality service to its clients. An opportunity has now arisen for a strong senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join on a permanent and full time basis.
Our client's busy commercial team deals with a range of matters including acquisitions and disposals, work on Investment Portfolios, corporate due diligence, commercial development and retail work. The role will involve running a full caseload as well as playing a key role going forwards in supporting the team and continuing to drive the department forwards.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years' PQE (or equivalent) and a strong background in commercial property law with the ambition to become a Partner in the future. A small following of clients is desirable but not essential.
