Securitisation Solicitor | Leeds | 0-3 PQE | Salary Negotiable
Our client, in the heart of Leeds are looking for a Securitisation Solicitor to join their busy and successful team. With partners, fee earners and administrators working on property transactions for a broad range of clients, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fee earner to work with and act on developments for providers of social housing, care homes, charities and private developers. Transactions and accounts range from £1,000,000 to £450,000,000.
Successful applicants will be 0-3 years' PQE with the following skills:
. Ability to draft and negotiate certificates of title
. Identify property issues including security and take matters towards resolution
. Satisfy all conditions required for completion
. Negotiate deeds of variation, S106 agreements, leases, transfers
. Ability to market and present themselves for marketing opportunities
. Supervise paralegals on cases and files
. Communicate and contact clients as and when appropriate
. Meet fee targets
. Be able to follow department procedure's, solicitors rules and firms policies
A strong academic background, work experience with charging properties to mainstream lenders or broad residential property work are highly desirable.
