Job Details
This leading defendant firm has an opening for a Personal Injury FILEX or Solicitor with a demonstrable interest and previous experience of EL/PL claims to join the team in Bristol.
As a Personal Injury Lawyer, you will be handling a caseload of primarily litigated employers liability and public liability injury cases on behalf of key clients, as well as supervising the work of 2-3 junior fee earners. In addition to that, you may be asked to assist other colleagues on more complex and higher value cases when necessary.
You will need experience of high-value personal injury claims, this may be at a defendant firm, although they are open to candidates from leading claimant firms who are interested in switching to defendant personal injury work, and have dealt with catastrophic claims.
