Tremendous opportunity for a Senior Solicitor OR Partner to join this Top 200 law firm in Staffordshire that will provide you with the tools you need to develop any existing client base you may have and work on a fully autonomous basis without any micro-management!

Ideally you will have a client following or the potential of work to bring with you as this firm do encourage the development of business and be able to work closely with clients, as this is a key factor for making any senior appointments this firm.

You will be part of a firm that operates as a business and not a law firm, so you won't be bogged down with targets and KPI's. You will however be given the opportunity to flourish and work in an environment that supports all staff with the tools they need to succeed. Based in brand new offices you will really be able to see from day one that you are at a firm that does everything to provide a fantastic service and environment to everyone in the business.

Salary levels will be based on experience and added value to the business however six-figure sums are easily achievable.
