Senior Solicitor - Defendant Personal Injury

My client is a Legal 500 registered Law and they are one of the largest in the North East; they are a multi disciplined firm with both regional and national reach. My Client is looking to recruit an experienced defendant Solicitor to join their already established team
This is a rare opportunity to act in some of the most complex and challenging multi million pound cases in the UK. You will have an established track record of day to day handling of brain injury, spinal cord and amputation cases. They will be competent in advising insurers in all aspects of indemnity, liability and quantum.
You should have familiarity with complex insurance work including the instruction of experts and counsel routinely used in such cases. They should also have experience of acting against the Claimant lawyers who are regularly instructed in this area.
The successful candidate will operate as part of our well-established catastrophic injury team with an impressive portfolio of UK insurance clients. They will have the opportunity to undertake their own caseload and work in conjunction with senior Partners within the firm.
Salary for this role will be commensurate with experience and they offer an exciting benefits package.
