An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor at one of the most established firms in this part of Sussex. You will be working with a friendly and supportive Property team, which has excellent ties and contacts in to the local area due to their heritage with a very loyal and much coveted client base.

If you are an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2/3 years experience of running your own Commercial Property caseload this is a great opportunity to join a commercially driven firm with that have a consistent pipeline of work.

You will be able to undertake all aspects of Commercial Property work with the scale of their services encompassing all manner of transactions and advice relating to acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, secured lending, financing and refinancing, planning and development, estate management issues and disputes to name but a few. You will be expected to take over and build on an existing case load with a variety of commercial work.

A keen eye for further commercial opportunities and a willingness to business develop are seen as highly desirable. You should have great communication skills, take a personable and engaging approach to your work and be client focused.

There is a very friendly and approachable working culture in the office with excellent transport links for commuters too.
