Our client is an international law firm that regularly advises some of the UK's leading and most prestigious financial institution on a wide range of commercial property matters. They have been awarded law firm of the year several times, amongst a number of other accolades. Due to strategic growth plans and continued success they are looking to bolster the team with a commercial property solicitor to join at 1-4 years' PQE. 
 
You will be part of the market leading real estate practice in Manchester City Centre which is renowned for innovation. You will be working amongst the team of dedicated specialist commercial property lawyers. They encourage their team to think differently and reward staff accordingly. The team operates an open door policy and offer and have a strong emphasis on training, progression and development. 
 
You will be dealing with non-contentious landlord and tenant matters with a strong focus on asset management work. This role will offer you the opportunity to be involved in work that is more aligned to in-house work for select key clients. You will have hands-on client contact and will help you to build up your profile and cement a strong working relationship with these highly important clients. 
 
To be considered for this real estate opportunity in Manchester you will need to have worked at a national or recognised regional firm with a strong academic profile. You will have experience in asset management work and non-contentious landlord and tenant matters. The firm will offer excellent ongoing training and progression as well as a competitive salary and benefits package.
