An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner/Lawyer who is looking for a role which doesn't have billing pressures. This is a fantastic chance in Essex to have the flexibility of working either four or five days a week.
The rare opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Fee Earner/Lawyer to join the busy, residential property department of a prestigious, Legal 500 firm in Chelmsford as a specialist Title Checker. Duties in this role will include:
- Act as a specialist title checker, providing a quality service to the wider conveyancing department
- Support the HOD and senior members of the team by running their caseloads during periods of absence
- Handle matters both pre-exchange and post-exchange
- Ensure that all documents are up to date
- Advise clients on their conveyancing queries
- Maintain a professional and approachable manner at all time
