Court of Protection Solicitor
Court of Protection Solicitors or Legal Executives are required for a rewarding opportunity within a , prominent South East Practice.
Due to confined growth and ongoing successes, my client seeks to appoint a competent Court of Protection Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Gatwick Brighton or Eastbourne Offices. On offer is an excellent salary and benefits package. Working as part of an established Private Client team, you will focus on Court of Protection matters and provide mental capacity law experience that will help grow the court of protection specialism within the firm.
As a Court of Protection lawyer you will take on existing, high-value Deputyship and Private Trusts work and help build up and develop the support team, whilst assisting a reputable Partner. The ideal candidate will have a relevant professional qualification and/or equivalent expertise, skills and experience in Court of Protection matters including deputyships, damages management, trusts and statutory wills.
Working closely with the PTW team, you will be managing a caseload of Finance and Property deputyship files and high value court of protection work. You will need to be confident in advising clients in difficult circumstances and possess good analytical skills.
Applications are invited from experienced Court of Protection Solicitors with at least 1 Yrs. PQE. You will have the ability to build and develop strong relationships with a wide range of people and have excellent client servicing and business development skills.
