The Role
We are now tasked with sourcing a driven and highly personable Private Client Lawyer to join a dynamic team of lawyers in Bedfordshire, on a part-time permanent basis. Acting for a broad range of clients the successful Private Client Lawyer will undertake a challenging and complex caseload which may include: the drafting of Wills; LPAs; Court of Protection applications; applications for Grants of Probate and; Estate administration.

The Candidate
Applications are welcome from Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 5 years PQE;
Willing to work on a part-time basis this role is offered as a permanent position;
Highly client focused with excellent technical skills, demonstrating an empathetic and compassionate approach;
An exceptional team player, with strong communication skills with colleagues and clients alike;
A strong background in private client matters, particularly in wills and probate is essential;
A flair for business development and marketing is desirable.
