A long-established firm, proud of its heritage, our client is a traditional firm committed to excellence of client care offering expert advice and representation in a range of practice areas to a loyal client base located throughout the region and beyond. Currently undergoing a sustained period of growth, they are now seeking to add to their team. 

The Role
We are now tasked with sourcing a client-centred Private Client Lawyer to become part of a growing department in Aylesbury, ideally in the New Year. Hitting the ground running, the successful Lawyer will enjoy a diverse caseload, acting for a range of clients with matters to include: drafting Wills; applications for Grants of Probate; Estate and tax planning; trust creation and administration; LPAs; Court of Protection applications and; estate administration. The ideal Lawyer will also participate in business development activities, building relationships and assisting with the continued growth of the department and firm as a whole. 

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a solid background in Private Client matters.
Expertise will encompass all aspects of Wills, Probate Tax and Trusts with first class client care skills being a pre-requisite for the role.
STEP and/or Solicitors for the Elderly membership is desirable.
An aptitude for business development would be advantageous.
Commitment, a client-centred approach and the ability to liaise with people at all levels are ideal qualities.
