Dynamic Private Client Lawyer sought for well-established Legal 500 law firm in Surrey.

The Role
We are now tasked with seeking a dynamic Private Client Lawyer to join a thriving team of lawyers, undertaking an existing full and challenging caseload. Acting for clients and managing a varied caseload of private client work including Estate and trust administration; Will drafting; preparing lasting Powers of Attorney; Inheritanceance Tax; applications for deputyship; and dealing with elderly client services. Additionally, the successful Private Client Lawyer will be keen to take on some business development and marketing initiatives within the department, ensuring the sustained growth of the firm.

The Candidate
Applications are welcome from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 5 years PQE;
With solid experience in Private Client matters particularly Estate and trust administration, preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and Will drafting;
Having STEP qualification would be advantageous but is not essential;  
Excellent client care and communication skills would be desirable;
Willingness to participate in business development and networking initiatives are ideal;
An ability to work well under pressure to meet key deadlines.
