Job Details
Compliance officer required for multi-office, established and regarded Legal 500 law firm.
This is an exciting providing support and assistance to the Partners and Practice Management.
You will be directly involved with the monitoring and continuous improvement of compliance across the firm, handling claims made against the Firm and where appropriate, work with the Insurers and work closely with the Money-Laundering Reporting Officer.
You will be used to working in a busy and commercially driven environment with sound knowledge and experience of working in Compliance within a regulated sector. You may be looking to move sectors or have experience within the legal sector.
The role will involve:- Drafting, developing and implementing firm-wide compliance policies and procedures. Assisting in claims and complaints handling, maintaining registers and providing advice on mitigating associated risks and provide induction and training on Anti-Money Laundering
