My client are a top-tier real estate practice group whose remit encompasses premier institutional, inward and property company investment mandates, multi-jurisdiction portfolio management, complex fund structuring, energy-related real estate projects and precedent setting regeneration schemes. The team works on virtually every form of major infrastructure and development project in the market today; shaping the law and delivering the projects that matter. 
 

Key responsibilities:

The core real estate team in Cardiff has dedicated teams across the energy, transport, corporate occupiers, real estate finance, investment and funds, commercial and residential leasing, social housing and education sectors. We are looking for Associates from newly qualified to 5 years’ PQE with particular interest or experience in those sectors. You would assist on instructions and projects for a variety of clients including many household names.

Skills and experience:

Experience of drafting contracts including leases and agreements 
• Strong technical skills and excellent academic qualifications. 
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail 
• Ability to build and develop excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients 

Ideally you will have experience in core real estate work including (but not limited to): acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, portfolio management and development transactions 

Key competencies:
