Your new role
Sitting in a team of 4, you will report to the Director of Legal Services and Company Secretary, providing paralegal support to a small but busy legal team. Your main task will be to support to a GDPR project rolling contracts out electronically using legal management and electronic signature software. You will also assist with corporate governance matters more generally, including maintenance and electronic of company books and registers, general correspondence and regulatory annual filings, alongside general administrative support.
What you'll need to succeed
You have completed your LLB / GDL and have previous paralegal experience in a commercial environment. You are computer literate and have experience extracting and analysing data, and reporting on Excel. You are familiar with Adobe EchoSign or similar digital signature systems. You ideally have experience managing contract registers. You have strong communication, planning and organisation skills, and can be self-sufficient. You can deal with matters of a confidential nature.
