Leading defendant firm seeks ambitious Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its Manchester team

Your new role

This role will see you handle a caseload of suspected fraudulent claims across the spectrum of non-motor litigation on both the fast and multi track. The role requires undertaking all aspects of investigation, analysis of the merits of the case, dealing with disclosure and obtaining witness statements, drafting pleadings and reporting to clients. In addition, advising clients on technical and tactical aspects of the litigation, including the economic considerations. It is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded firm and learn from leading legal experts.

What you'll need to succeed

This role is open to qualified solicitors at any level. Experienced Legal Executives or Litigation Executives will also be considered. You must have at least 2 years' experience working in personal injury claims, ideally from a defendant firm but candidates from a claimant background can also apply. You must have a strong work ethic with established record of meeting time recording and financial targets.
