Wright Hassall LLP is a full service law firm with a well-respected 170-year history. We are entering a further period of growth and require a Solicitor with between 1-4 years’ experience of either contentious or non-contentious construction matters to join our busy team.
We act for developers, institutions, contractors, charities and sub-contractors at every stage of the construction process; dealing with multi-million pound transactions and disputes both nationally and internationally. These include Waste to Energy, infrastructure disputes, large scale projects (including production facilities, retail and process plants) and PFIs. Our lawyers have extensive experience from advice on and drafting construction contracts and procurement methods to various methods of dispute resolution whether through litigation or alternative dispute resolution.
We are looking for a Solicitor who can demonstrate their technical knowledge to undertake a broad range of smaller contentious or non-contentious cases for a truly diverse client base. Efficient management of a busy caseload together with strong written and oral communication skills are also a must.
You will be given guidance and support to develop your career within our Construction team.
