Your new company
You will be given the chance to work for a highly regarded commercial property team, based in one of the leading south coast law firms. Having earned a reputation for providing excellent legal advice on property matters, they are now seeking to expand the team and recruit an associate for their Property Finance team.

Your new role
As an experienced Property finance solicitor you will be tasked with supporting the two existing partners and handling your own caseload. Your role will also task you with dealing with queries from junior solicitors and paralegals as well as reviewing files presented for completion.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will be at associate level and possess a proven knowledge in property finance, have a broad experience in acquisitions and disposals, have a sound understanding of bank security, possess awareness of company issues in relation to property transactions, have the ability to manage and mentor individuals as well as handle clients.
