RTA Litigation Team Leader

Your new role

This role will see you encourage, mentor and develop all members of the team including fee earners, paralegals and admin assistants. You will ensure the team meets is objectives and targets and to continuously improve the quality of the team's work. You may have a small caseload of multi track matters but the primary responsibility will be to ensure the operational success of the team.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be well versed in RTA litigation and ideally have gained experience in a prior team leader / managerial role.

What you'll get in return

You will receive an excellent salary of up to £43,000 and competitive benefits package.
