A commercially driven firm, with a multitude of new work are looking for a qualified solicitor to join their Corporate Team, focusing on a real mix of work and clients within mergers, acquisitions and advising on sales of business out of insolvency.

The firm has a national network of offices and engage with a wide range of clients throughout the UK, often with an international dimension. With a rich heritage, having been established for over 135 years, they have a loyal client base and strong presence in the local area.
