Your new role

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient telephone based negotiator
• Running a caseload of high value complex claims
• Drafting technical pleadings
• Attendance at detailed assessment and other hearings as required
• Advising Clients
• Business development
• Achieving targets

What you'll need to succeed

You should have 3+ years' experience in costs. Defendant experience is ideal. However, our Client will consider Claimant experience. Good technical knowledge is essential and experience in clinical negligence or personal injury is preferable. You should also have solid advocacy experience.
