Job Details
Our client are a industry-leading law firm based in the North West and they are looking for an LPC Graduate Paralegal to join their Credit Hire team in Bolton. The firm are renowned for their services as well as the training and support they can offer their employees.
As an LPC Graduate Paralegal, you will have a wide range of duties which can include:
Formulating the initial strategy
Conducting telephone negotiations with the firm's Credit Hire Organisation clients
Reviewing all allocated pre-proceedings files ensuring you are abiding by the Client Guidelines
Liasing with Insurers
Using the Case Management System
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
The LPC Qualification
Enthusiasm for Credit Hire
Strong communication skills, especially verbal
Effective time management skills
Ability to commute to the Bolton office on a daily basis
