The Role
We are actively seeking a Debt Recovery Lawyer for our clients’ busy department in Lancashire. A fantastic opportunity, our client is seeking a Fee Earner, Legal Executive or Newly Qualified Solicitor looking for a hands-on role. Managing a diverse caseload, ideally, with experience in debt recovery, general disputes, civil litigation actions and transfers to court. The successful Lawyer will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills and be willing to participate in networking and business development of the firm, helping in the continued growth and expansion of the department.

The Candidate
Applications are welcome from Legal Executives and Newly Qualified Solicitors;
Dispute resolution and civil litigation experience would be highly advantageous;
Previous relevant experience and strong interpersonal skills are essential;
A confident negotiator, able to undertake own advocacy;
A driven, personable and professional approach is encouraged in applications to the role.
