The Role
The successful Conveyancing Lawyer will be professional and able to demonstrate previous experience handling high volume residential property transactions. This is suited to a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Paralegal or a Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of two years PQE. Liaising with clients and other professionals within property work, your duties will include: sales and purchases; buy to let; remortgages; leasehold and freehold transactions; lease extensions and enfranchisement; submitting and reviewing; investigating titles; new builds and; staircasing. The successful Solicitor will be well organised and poses good communication skills both verbal and written. You will also be actively involved in the business development and networking of the firm. This is a permanent and full time position.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Paralegal or a Licensed Conveyancer;
You must have a minimum of three years PQE with solid experience in high volume leasehold transactions;
You must have excellent client care skills;
You will be able to handle your workload under minimum supervision;
You will be highly technical with good attention to detail;
You will work well within a team.
