The Role
We are actively seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor for an expanding department in Cardiff. With a minimum of two years PQE, the role is suited to a personable Solicitor with keen eyes for details and maintaining excellent client skills at all times. You will also work closely with the department head handling matters to include: acquiring and disposing off freehold and leasehold properties; business transfers; residential and commercial development work and; landlord and tenant matters.

Demonstrating solid background working in a busy department, the successful Commercial Property Solicitor must have a hands on approach and work well under minimum supervision. You will also be willing to participate in the business development and networking of the firm. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of two years PQE;
You must have solid background in Commercial Property work;
You will have excellent client care skills;
You will be able to handle your workload to meet tight deadlines;
Flair for business development is highly desirable;
You will be proactive with a detail oriented approach to your work.
