They appreciate that their staff are their greatest asset and take pride in the fact they are managed by local people at the very centre of the community.  Our client is now seeking a confident and technically proficient Residential Conveyancer to join their successful practice in Somerset.

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join an expert team who are going through a great expansion period due to sustained success.  The Residential Conveyancer will manage a full and varied caseload incorporating buying and selling; re-mortgages; buy-to-let; shared ownership; lease agreements; landlord and tenants; deeds of variation and other schemes. Our client is looking for a Residential Conveyancer who will be able to manage a demanding caseload, therefore, the Residential Conveyancer will be conversant in completion processes, conducting searches and dealing with title transfer procedures.  It is essential that you are experienced in handling high net-worth cases with solid expertise in all aspects of residential conveyancing. 

The Candidate
Seeking a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Paralegal or Licensed Conveyancer.
The Residential Conveyancer should have at least two year’s experience of handling a full remit of conveyancing matters.
It is essential that you have excellent communication skills.
Demonstrate effective time management skills.
Show genuine desire and interest in building client relationships.
Our client is looking for a proactive and ambitious team player keen to develop your role within the firm.
