The Role
We are now tasked with sourcing an additional Housing Lawyer to join our clients’ highly regarded practice in London. Becoming part of an established, specialist team, the successful Lawyer will manage a demanding caseload consisting predominantly publicly funded Housing issues to include - possession, homelessness, disrepairs and appeals. In addition, the ideal Lawyer will also undertake private property litigation matters and supervise junior members of the team.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5 years’ plus PQE gained within a reputable Housing department.
You must have excellent technical skills with a broad range of expertise to include knowledge of Legal Aid.
You will ideally be an LAA Supervisor or eligible to act for the firm in this capacity.
Additional experience in general property litigation would be advantageous.
