They are now seeking a forward-thinking Private Client Solicitor on a full/part-time basis.

The Role
We are now seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join a well-accredited team of Private Client lawyers in North London. Applications are encouraged from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with 1-3 years PQE who have previous experience representing high net worth individuals and providing detailed and top class client care. Caseload will include: Will drafting; Estate administration; tax planning; advising on wills and inheritance tax issues; trusts; wealth structuring; elderly client matters; deputyship and; charity tax. Additionally, candidates with a background in Islamic Planning, STEP qualification or working towards attaining one is highly desirable to the role.

The successful Private Client Solicitor will be a team player who is willing to participate in business development initiatives, working with other professionals and experienced staff. Obtaining/willing to study the ATT or CTA would be advantageous, alongside excellent IT skills. The firm offers in return, a competitive salary, a good work-life balance and other enticing benefits.

The Candidate
Ideally, suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1-3 years PQE.
Strong background in a Private Client department is essential.
STEP qualification or candidates working towards attaining one is highly desirable.
Additional experience in Islamic Wills would be beneficial.
Handle a diverse caseload to meet key deadlines and under minimum supervision.
Work well within a team and on own initiative.
Possess excellent client care and communication skills, both verbal and written
Be IT literate.
