THE FIRM:
Our client is an established law firm serving a wide range of corporate, institutional and private clients.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for a confident corporate lawyer to join a dynamic team advising a diverse range of clients, from start-up businesses to major listed companies on a broad range of corporate matters
You will be involved working on matters from listings on AIM, in particular acting for the issuer, including drafting the admission document to negotiating placing agreements and takeovers.
ABOUT YOU:
The successful candidate will have 1-3 PQE as a corporate lawyer and will have gained experience in a top City, London or national law firm with an established corporate / capital markets practice.
An excellent academic record (degree 2.1 or above) combined with a pro-active approach to business is essential to enable you to build and maintain productive working relationships with clients.
You will have sound experience of advising on Equity Capital Markets and public company M&A transactions, along with experience of managing smaller corporate transactions.
