This Legal 500 ranked firm has two offices, with a flourishing base in the heart of the Legal district in London's West End. They have continued to grow in recent years; this is mainly in part due to their growing International reach. The firm is extremely entrepreneurial and has grown from 2 Partners, 30 years ago, to now stand at over 100 staff and 20 Partners. The firm has strength in Corporate Immigration, working with ultra HNW individuals.

They are also well-known for their excellent reputation in Real Estate and Commercial Litigation. The firm has got International desks where fee earners regularly go over to these countries, some of these countries include; Italy, China, Middle East and Europe.

The firm is seeking an Employment Paralegal to join their West End office.

The Employment department deals with an excellent quality of work acting across many industry sectors including; Retail, Construction, Recruitment, Banks, OMB, SME and some National companies. You will work directly alongside a Partner dealing with both contentious and non-contentious work for both claimants and respondents.

The department is growing and as such this role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be an Employment Paralegal with a minimum of 1 years' experience
• You should be keen to learn and develop and have a real passion for employment law
• Strong communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail are essential
• Salary is negotiable depending on your background, although up to £34k, plus a lucrative bonus structure.
