The Role

Because the firm is expanding, they are looking for a Planning Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their thriving Real Estate department in Crawley, West Sussex.

The Real Estate team deals with complex, interesting work across transactions and asset management, construction and planning, finance and tax structuring, and corporate and commercial law, with specialisms in strategic land regeneration, retail and leisure, student accommodation, and commercial investment.

As part of the Planning team, you will be a key figure in handling projects in planning applications and appeals, drafting and negotiating planning, enforcement appeals, Judicial review and High Court appeals, listed buildings and Conservation, project management, planning enquiries and Community Infrastructure Levy advice.

They will provide comprehensive training to everyone who joins the practice and offer an excellent salary and benefits package, along with the opportunity to work as part of a successful team.
