A great opportunity has arisen for a legal executive or Fee Earner specializing in Industrial Disease claims to join a modern, forward thinking, ABS structure on the outskirts of Sheffield.
The firm has a particular focus on Personal Injury and Industrial claims so the role would suit a driven candidate with solid experience of Industrial Disease claims and a demonstrable interest in this practice area.

The Role:
-You will be required to hit the ground running with your own Industrial Disease caseload, running the file from start to completion.
-This will cover a broad range of Industrial Disease matters but there will be a particular focus on Stress, Noise Induced Hearing Loss and chest claims.
-You must be fully confident handling all aspects of the litigation process.
-The role comes with excellent opportunity to progress and develop your career within Industrial Disease.

The Candidate:
-In order to be considered, you must have upwards of two years' experience running your own Industrial Disease caseload from start to completion, particularly within stress and NIHL.
-Your application would stand out even further if you have attended trials or prepared cases up to the point of trial.
-The role would suit someone who sees a long term career in this practice area who is looking to develop their skills.
-Working in a supportive team, you must be a demonstrable team player with strong communication skills.
