Our client is seeking a specialist enfranchisement solicitor to lead the already established and highly-regarded team. The Legal-500 firm has been established in the area for over a century and as a result has a loyal client base and the enfranchisement team has an excellent reputation for its services.
You would be able to hit the ground running from day one with a full caseload from start through to completion, including collective enfranchisement, individual and bulk lease extensions and right to manage claims.
Despite the fast-paced and complex nature of the work, the team really works together and there is a fantastic working environment on offer. As a mini-team sitting within the residential conveyancing department, the enfranchisement team is also incredibly well resourced and also has the full support from the property litigation team, meaning the team really can excel at what it does.
As will be heading up enfranchisement, you will be responsible for managing the team and can become involved in its further success, including developing new business and networking in the area to boost the team's reputation. Since it is such a niche area, this will also mean you can boost your own reputation in the region too.
The firm is ideally looking for someone with 6+ years' PQE and a really solid backgrounds in enfranchisement. PQE levels are given purely as a guideline, and the firm is happy to consider candidates with a lower PQE level, so long as the successful solicitor demonstrates the relevant experience and is able to both run a caseload with no supervision and manage a small team.
So if you are looking for a role that offers you a great quality caseload and managerial responsibilities, as well as the chance to work in an award-winning regional law firm, why not apply now?
