Commercial Litigation Solicitor - NQ - 2 years PQE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an NQ - 2 year PQE Solicitor to join the dispute resolution department of my client's Cardiff office.

The dispute resolution department is ranked by both Chambers and Legal 500 directories as one of the UK's top service providers providing legal advice to clients across a wide spectrum of commercial, property and housing disputes.

If successful you would be joining an expert team of proffessionals who provide top quality legal advice to a broad range of sectors including utilities companies, local and national government, education and private companies both large and small.

You will manage a varied case load of general commercial litigation files which would include contract and tortious disputes, intellectual property and information technology disputes, insolvency as well as defamation and liability claims.

It is important that you are a highly motivated proffesional who is comfortable working within a team as well as on your own.
