Are you Senior Commercial Property Solicitor who has hit a brick wall career wise? Or are you looking for a clear path to progress to Partner level but unable to at your current firm?
This forward thinking leading Legal 100 law firm have a proven track record for success and are looking for a Senior Lawyer in their commercial property team in this key placement based in Cardiff. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage.
Your role as a Commercial Property Associate/Senior Associate will involve:
• Handling a mix of portfolio work of Purchase, sale and development of commercial property
• Clear path to work towards Partnership from the outset
• Be active in business development in gaining new clients and grow your own caseload
