Company Secretarial Assistant.
 
Now recruiting for a Company Secretarial Assistant in a leading Professional Services firm in Surrey. 
 
This role will be perfectly suited for an experienced, ideally ICSA qualified Company Secretary looking for a new challenging opportunity outside the busy London area. 
 
The main duties and responsibilities will include: 
 
- Company incorporation 
- Statutory filings with Companies House (confirmation statements, change of officers, accounts)
- Maintaining statutory and PSC registers 
- Assisting with business development and maintaining client relationships 
- Administering registered office duties 
- Assisting with corporate transactions (issuing of shares, share certificates, maintaining power of attorney over shares)
- Preparing minutes and drafting resolutions
