The Role

The firm are looking for a Civil Litigation Solicitor (3+ years) to work across multiple departments in this Top Tier Practice.

The successful candidate will be highly experienced across all areas of Civil Litigation. This work will involve a lot of cross fertilisation from other departments. The successful candidate will handle a caseload included but not limited to; Property Disputes, Trust of Land, Contentious Probate, Breach of Contract/Fiduciary Duty and Professional Negligence.

Due to the unique nature of the role, the successful candidate will have a lot of exposure working closely alongside partners, senior associates, and support across all departments. You would join a Litigation team which has leaders in the field and holds an excellent reputation in the industry for achieving outstanding results. The training and exposure you will have here are second to none.

The requirements

  • You will be a solicitor with at least 3+ years PQE in areas of Civil Litigation, including;
    • Property Disputes,
    • Trust of Land,
    • Contentious Probate,
    • Breach of Contract/Fiduciary Duty
    • Professional Negligence
  • Client care and a passion for supporting vulnerable people and working in an ethical way.
  • The ability to integrate into a firmly established department.
  • Excellent client and customer care skills are essential.
