The Role…

The firm is seeking an ambitious Residential Conveyancer (2 - 5+ years PQE) to join its Chambers and Legal 500 rated department.

The work that this department deals with is normally only associated with top end City firms. The work they do is considered to be extremely HNW and often involved cross jurisdictional elements. This is an established and successful department where you would be exposed to the highest standard of work.

You will be a Residential Conveyancer experienced in busy departments. You will deal with a very high-quality Residential caseload including but not limited to; sale and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and some Commercial Property Overlap.

This role will also come with certain managerial responsibilities, so experience in this area would be highly favourable.

Requirements…

• You will be a Residential Conveyancer with at least 2 - 5+ years' experience.
• An appetite for Business Development is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are crucial.
• Ability to run a caseload with minimum supervision.
• A strong academic background is preferable.
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an industry leading benefits package.
