The Role

Because the firm is expanding, they are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their thriving Property department in Hastings, East Sussex.

The Residential Conveyancing team act on buying and selling, from studio flats to multi-million pound properties, for lenders, on investment properties, in transfers of Equity and remortgages, agricultural land and shared ownership, new build, Power of Attorney, extending leases and freehold, declarations of trust, and with property dispute resolution.

You will work on a dynamic case load from the firm's excellent links, client base, and referrals, and be given the support and encouragement to business develop and grow the department.

They will provide comprehensive training to everyone who joins the practice and offer an excellent salary and benefits package, along with the opportunity to work as part of a successful team.
