I am now recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a Top 50, International firm at their Manchester office.  The salary and benefits package are competitive and negotiable dependent on experience as you would expect at this leading firm.

This heavyweight firm acts on behalf of national and international clients across many sectors including retail, energy, commercial development and environmental.  Their Commercial Litigation team is consistently ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.  Joining this market-leading team you will be working alongside some of the best handling high quality and high-profile work as the team in Manchester is Partner-led.

The successful candidate will advise and support the Partners across a wide range of Commercial Litigation areas including shareholder disputes, defamation, logistics disputes and claims arising from corporate sales and acquisitions.  You will be involved in business development supporting the continued growth and success of the team.  It is essential that you have strong technical skills, commercial awareness and the ability to maintain and develop client relationships.

Applications are invited from ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitors from NQ – 3 years PQE.  If you are Newly Qualified you must have spent at least 6 months within Commercial Litigation during your Training Contract and, if already qualified you should be working within the area at present.  Your background is likely to be within a leading regional or national firm and you must have a strong academic record.
