Job Details
My client is an international market leader in their own field and has a small and integral legal department, which is extremely well regarded within the business. As a result of a surge in popularity of its products and a rising share price they are looking to expand their legal team.
Based in their UK Headquarters in Nottingham, you'll work alongside 600 or so colleagues and help maintain the brand from their hub and epicentre. Your role will be to work alongside the existing team with the key area of focus being intellectual property licence agreements, sale and distribution agreements, Information Technology contracts, and sourcing and procurement agreements.
We would anticipate this role suiting someone who has around 1-2 years PQE as the pace of the environment requires someone who has enough about them to work independently although support is very much on hand.
Candidates with some contracts exposure and an outward-client-facing and pragmatic personality are especially welcome to apply.
