This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a small, niche law firm ranked as a leading law firm in Chambers, with a young and dynamic team. The role offers high quality work for well-known travel company clients but with a great work/life balance and a friendly, relaxed work environment, including casual dress code in the office.
You will be working very closely with the Head of Department and an Associate in the team.
As well as the travel-related work, the firm also handles more pure commercial work including general commercial contracts and giving regulatory advice. Full training will be provided on the travel-side of things.
In order to be considered, you will be a Solicitor who is Newly Qualified, or has up to 2 years' experience.
Previous travel law experience (PTRs, ATOL etc) is highly desirable but not a necessity as training on this will be provided.
Experienced in drafting and advising on consumer terms and conditions and commercial contracts is essential. An understanding of current and forthcoming data privacy laws, consumer protection legislation and intellectual property high desirable, as well experience in advising on agreements where one or both parties is based overseas.
Corporate experience highly desirable but not a requirement.
