Plot Sales Executive/ Conveyancer

Recognised nationally for their property work, our client seek a Plot Sales Executive/ Conveyancer to join a long-standing department and assist with the delivery of high quality plot sales services. You'll represent a wide array of clients from "household" developers to key residential developers in London.

The chosen Plot Executive/ Conveyance will hold at least 2 years PQE of working within a Plot Sales team, or be familiar with new-build transactions having worked in a conveyancing team, and be accustomed to dealing directly with clients and extensively utilising IT systems. You will have your own workload, be able to work with minimal supervision, manage your own time and develop and maintain client relationships. This position would be well suited to a qualified legal executive/licensed conveyancer, who is keen to be involved in assisting with the running and the strategic positioning of this Property offering whilst benefiting from a from a highly competitive salary and continued progression as this impressive department evolves.
