An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Development Solicitor who has hit a brick wall career wise. This would suit a solicitor looking for a genuine clear path to progress to Partner level but unable to at their current firm.
This forward thinking leading Legal 500 law firm based in Southampton have a proven track record for success and are looking for an experienced Lawyer in their residential development team in this key placement. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage. You will need to have experience of development and landlord and tenant matters; flat lease extensions and block management matters would also be helpful.
This Southampton-based role as a Real Estate Development Solicitor will involve:
• Flexible working is considered
• Clear path to work towards Partnership from the outset
• Be active in business development in gaining new clients and grow your own caseload
